• Interior design and decoration of the common areas by an interior architect, including the creation of a staircase providing access from Boulevard Dugommier.

• Restoration of the apartments, with carefully selected materials for flooring, walls and woodwork.

• Restoration of built-in cupboards.

• Fully fitted kitchens featuring upper and lower cabinets, worktops, ceramic hobs and retractable extractor hoods.

• Well-appointed bathrooms featuring vanity units, base cabinets, mirrors with decorative lighting and heated towel rails.

• Installation of a reversible air-conditioning system.
