In the heart of the Cannes Oxford district. Seduced
by the gentle pleasures of this Mediterranean Garden of the Eden,
English aristocrats began building on the hills overlooking Cannes
as from the 19th century, leading to the construction of majestic
and luxurious properties. Chateaux and palaces were built far
from prying eyes, hidden away in sumptuous and richly planted
gardens. In honour of the country of origin of these builders,
the area soon found itself known as Oxford.
Over the years, this legendary district has successfully retained

district, there lies a historical and spiritual centre that for
130 years housed the Congrégation des Soeurs de l'Assomption.
It is a setting where nature remains ever-present, with groves
of tall Mediterranean species alternating palm, cypress, hackberry
and lemon trees. It is here in the centre of this listed wooded
park, designed as a private domain, that Parc Eugénie
opens its doors to you. The name was chosen in honour of Mother
Marie-Eugénie who founded the Order in 1839.

perfectly into its natural environment, being a hundred year
old park unfolding over an area of one hectare. The architectural
complex takes the form of two four-level residences harmoniously
