5 % of the sales price has to be paid to an escrow account
at reservation, additional 25 % at the signature of the final
deeds during the 2nd quarter of 2010, after the construction
work has started and the remaining in installments following
the advance of the construction and the last 5 %, when the property
is key turned delivered end 2011/ beginning 2012. Once the reservation
done, the price will stay unchanged until delivery. So, the earlier,
the better. At this stage - Nov. 2009 - 10 villas are still available
and for 6 villas reservation has been made. - UPDATE:
Feb. 2010 - 2 further villas have been reserved, so now only
8 villas are still available
